Richard Ferguson


Richard joined Stobbs in July 2013 and is dual-qualified as a Registered Trade Mark Attorney and solicitor. He has spent extended periods on secondment with two of our major clients.

Prior to entering the profession, Richard worked as a paralegal for three years at a large international law firm.

Richard works with clients across a broad range of sectors and assisting with a variety of matters involving trade mark and domain name acquisitions, protection and enforcement.

Outside of the office, Richard enjoys playing 5-a-side football, going to gigs and travelling. He is also an avid cook and loves eating out.
