Charlotte Peach

Prior to joining Stobbs, Charlotte trained at a magic circle law firm where she gained experience in a wide range of contentious, advisory and transactional IP matters, with a focus on global brand protection and trade mark issues.  Taking a holistic approach, Charlotte has advised clients across the full lifecycle of their IP rights, from creation through to protection and commercial exploitation, but has a particular interest in dispute resolution on domestic and international levels.

Outside of work, Charlotte volunteers with a public-interest charity, advising members of the public on human rights issues. She unwinds with yoga and a good book (not usually at the same time).

Her qualifications include:

  • Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales
  • Member of the Law Society of England and Wales
  • Allied Member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys
  • PgDIP Intellectual Property, University of Oxford
  • PgDIP Professional Legal Practice, University of Law
  • BA Law, University of Cambridge”
