Qualified since 2006, Jessica has experience of all aspects of UK and Community trade mark practice, and clients particularly appreciate the thoughtful and thorough approach that she brings to the resolution of conflicts.
Having an interest in the interplay and overlap between trade marks and other Intellectual Property rights, Jessica has recently won several domain name complaints on behalf of clients whose trade marks have been ‘hijacked’ by online competitors or detractors. She has also given in-house talks to design teams in large multinationals and provides experienced and practical guidance on the protection of get-up, packaging and imagery.
When not chasing toddlers into bathtubs, Jessica relaxes by reading gardening books and dreaming of the day when she reaches the top of the allotment waiting list.
Her qualifications include:

European Trade Mark and Design Attorney
Member, Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys
BA (Hons) Philosophy, University College London
