Geoff is experienced in filing and prosecuting trade mark applications in the UK, Europe and internationally, as well as in handling contentious matters and conducting general trade mark portfolio management and development for a wide range of clients. Geoff has experience of hearings at the UKIPO.

Geoff is heavily involved with internal training at Stobbs.
He is on a CITMA committee and has been part of the EUIPO SQAP audit programme. He regularly contributes articles to the CITMA journal and other publications, posts on the Stobbs and KluwerTradeMarks blogs and has his own weblogs covering UK Appointed Person and UK and EU pharmaceutical related trade mark decisions.
Geoff spends a lot of his time outside of work running – mostly after his wife and two young children but also up and down Lake District fells with his brother, trying to bring down his marathon pb and dabbling in ultramarathons.
